How to subscribe

Open our contact form, enter your name, email, project details, and US mobile number, then select the optional SMS consent checkbox and press Send message. The checkbox starts unchecked. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you. You can send your inquiry without subscribing.

The checkbox says:

I agree to receive recurring customer-care text messages from Glass House Technologies about my quotes, scheduling, technician arrivals, site visits, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. No marketing messages.

We save your consent wording, mobile number, form source, and time of signup. Customer-care messages begin only after the messaging program is available. Your inquiry can still be handled by email or voice.

Our sending numbers

GHT Customer Care messages may come from the department handling your request: (628) 282-4907, (628) 203-3350, (628) 266-4797, (628) 214-5587, (628) 377-5795, or (628) 386-4640. All six belong to Glass House Technologies and use this same customer-care program.

The company toll-free line, (833) 342-3743, is a separate messaging program. Texting that line does not subscribe you to this 628-number program. For this program, signup is through the contact form; a phone call alone is not a signup.

Frequency, help, and cancellation

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel messages from this program. Reply HELP for help, email admin@ght.network, or call (833) 342-3743. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
