Careers at Glass Tech

We are hiring people who take the work seriously.

We're not filling shifts. We're building technology professionals from the ground up and sending them across the country to wire the buildings the modern world runs on. Data centers, national retail rollouts, cameras, fiber, access control. Zero experience required. Pay starts at $20-25/hr and climbs to $40 as you certify, with every cert paid on the clock. This is hard, it's constant travel, and it asks more of you than most jobs ever will. It's also a real career in the most exciting industry on the planet, with no ceiling for anyone who works hard and never stops learning.

Why Glass House

The trades built this country and got treated like they didn't.

Most contractors treat technicians as a cost to squeeze. We think the opposite: the person on the ladder is the product. Glass House exists to prove that a low-voltage crew can be paid honestly, trained relentlessly, and trusted with real autonomy, and that customers will feel the difference in every labeled, tested, documented port we leave behind.

Honest pay, real raises

Pay starts at $20-25/hr and goes to $40 as you certify and take ownership of the work. Dollar raises every six months for anyone performing. No games, no waiting years for a bump.

Travel the country, build a career

You will be on the road most of the year, walking onto data centers and national retail sites in a different state every month. This is not a job you go home from. It is a career in the most exciting industry on the planet, and you get paid to see the country while you build it.

Certs on our dime, on the clock

BICSI, OSHA, and manufacturer certifications, paid while you are working. Not out of your pocket, on ours. A year in, you are certified, sharp, and worth more than you were the day you walked in.

A ceiling worth chasing

Technician to lead to superintendent to project management and engineering. We have doubled in size five years straight, and everyone at the top started at the bottom. Work hard, keep learning, and there is no limit to how far you go here.

Open roles

Currently hiring, anywhere in the U.S.

Each role has its own page: the work, the responsibilities, and how we measure you. If you're good at the work, we'll build the dispatch around you.
