Put Office Pro to work
A proper head-end, clean rack, and wall-to-wall Wi-Fi. Designed for growing offices, clinics, branch locations. The starting scope is up to ~4,000 sq ft · ~30 devices; the item quantities below define the build and the survey confirms suitability.
Open or refresh a location
Connect the computers, printers, payment terminals, and other endpoints within the listed device and cable allowance. The site survey confirms paths and placement.
Separate staff and guest access
Provide distinct network access for business operations and visitors, with policies agreed before configuration. Guest access does not provide access to private business records.
Build a foundation for new systems
Prepare documented switch ports and wireless service for future cameras, phones, handhelds, and internal applications. Additional endpoints and software are scoped separately.

Hubbell jacks are matched to the approved rapid termination tool. Panduit panels use their specified compatible terminations; Mini-Com panels do not imply universal Hubbell jack fit. Existing links and new materials are surveyed before reuse or substitution.

Price and service boundaries
- Planning prices are confirmed in a written scope before work or recurring billing begins. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
- Hardware, third-party licenses, tax and separately scoped work are included only where expressly listed. Changes require an approved price before work proceeds.
- Installation planning prices assume standard access and a site within about a one-hour drive of our Huntsville office. Additional delivery costs for other locations are quoted before approval; saving a jobsite does not add them to this package total.
- Standard cable runs allow up to 150 feet per run in accessible indoor pathways, mounting up to 12 feet, termination, labels and the agreed test report. Lifts, conduit, trenching, difficult access and extended runs are separately scoped.
- Compatible Hubbell outlets and Panduit rack options are specified by exact part number. Cable rating, test method, storage retention and warranty are confirmed in the final bill of materials and acceptance scope.
